About us
Po przeprowadzce do Śródmieścia zmieniliśmy nie tylko adres, ale i formę w jakiej prowadzimy nasze miejsce. Do naszego zespołu dołączył Chef Szymon Płatek, a w karcie znajdziecie teraz zestaw talerzyków jego autorstwa. Nasz koncept to kuchnia przekąskowa, która towarzyszy z wdziękiem naszej solidnej karcie win, wyróżnionej w tym roku przez Star Wine List. Na kieliszki proponujemy zawsze kilka win naturalnych, nisko interwencyjnych, opartych na spontanicznej fermentacji. Nie porzucamy jednak konwencjonalnego winiarstwa, w nowej “Łaskawości Tytusa” znajdziecie na kieliszki takie perły jak słynna Tondonia Reserva (Tinto) 2011, czy doskonały musiak od Francois Chidaine - Montlouis-Sur-Loire w najnowszym roczniku 2020. Lokal jest teraz dwupoziomowy. Na parterze oferujemy miejsca siedzące przy centralnym barze, oraz stoliki z widokiem na wartką Koszykową lub nieco spokojniejszą Piękną. Na poziomie -1 dysponujemy bardzo dyskretną i elegancką salą degustacyjną, lub miejscem dla większych grup. Całości dopełnia latem uliczny ogródek, z widokiem na charakterystyczną Halę Koszyki. Za stylistykę wnętrza nowej “Łaskawości” odpowiada Zuzanna Morawska (Studio Metraż), a za nową identyfikację wizualną odpowiada Tomek Pilch (Blürbstudio). Head Sommelierem jest oczywiście Marcin Tytus Grabski.
